Wells Fargo did a routine background check on a 68-year-old man that had worked in their call center for 7 years.
Turns out, this man commited a crime 50 years ago. Under new bank regulations, anyone who has commited a certain type of crimme dealing with breach of trust and such, he was ordered to be fired.
