Travis Pastrana grew up racing motocross, turned to doing freestyle motocross tricks, then jumped into rally car racing.  He's also one of the founding fathers of the Nitro Circus gang and probably the craziest guy to ever walk to the planet. 

To prove that point, he jumped out of an airplane WITHOUT a parachute!  Now THAT'S crazy!
